We review your ideas and outline the best options for your space, including:
- Recommended décor styles (arch, garland, backdrop, photozone, etc.)
- Sizing and layout based on your venue
- Add-ons like LED signs, florals, mylar elements, cutouts, or props
- Estimated budget ranges
This helps us build a clear design direction before mockups
3. Design & mockups
Depending on the complexity of your décor:
- We create digital mockups showing colors, shapes, balloon placement, and add-on elements.
- For custom photozones or multi-installation events, a non-refundable design deposit applies.
- Up to 5 design iterations are available until everything looks perfect
(Simple arches, columns, or garlands usually do not require mockups unless requested)
4. Confirm with payment
Once the design, colors, and sizing are finalized:
- We prepare the final quote
- You confirm your booking by submitting payment
- Your installation scheduling is secured
5. Installation on the event day
- Our team arrives with all balloons, equipment, and décor elements.
- Most setups take 1–4 hours, depending on the size and venue restrictions
- If the venue has limited setup time, we can pre-inflate or pre-build elements in advance
- We walk you through the setup once everything is complete
- Optional: We can return after the event to handle the breakdown and cleanup
