At checkout, choose delivery or pickup, enter your address, and select your preferred date and time. For balloon decor installations, you'll choose the time our team should arrive. If you're placing a custom order, we’ll send you a personalized payment link
3. Receive confirmation
Once your payment is processed, you’ll get a confirmation email with all order details. Double-check everything — colors, balloons, dates. Have questions? Just reply to the email. We’ll also contact you if we need to clarify anything
4. Get your order
Pick up your order, receive delivery, or welcome our team for on-site setup — all at the date and time you selected

Do your balloons come inflated?
Yes — everything you order will arrive fully inflated and “ready to party!”
The only exception is large balloon decorations (like arches or backdrops) that we’ve initially agreed to install on-site — in those cases, we’ll inflate the balloons at the venue.
How long will the balloons last?
All our latex balloons are treated with Hi-Float, so you can expect them to float for at least 2 – 3 days. Mylar (foil) balloons stay full and taut for 3 – 5 days and can float for two weeks or longer.
Keep in mind: cooler temperatures may reduce float time by causing helium to contract.
Can I customize my balloons?
Yes! Many of our balloon bouquets and decorations are customizable. You can choose your preferred colors, add numbers, custom text, or even print photos and logos.
We can usually accommodate any custom request. If you’d like to create something completely unique, just give us a call or fill out the contact form on our website. Our team will be happy to bring your vision to life.
Do you offer balloon delivery? What is you delivery area?
Yes! We deliver throughout New York City, as well as Jersey City and Hoboken. For other nearby areas, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to make it work.
Do you only do balloon deliveries?
Not at all! In addition to our signature balloon deliveries, we also specialize in hotel and room setups, event backdrops, arches, garlands, and more. Visit our Room Decoration and Balloon Decoration pages to learn more.
Can I order balloons to a hotel or restaurant?
Absolutely — we work with many hotels and venues across the city. Before placing an order to a hotel or restaurant, please make sure:
1. The venue allows balloons.
2. The staff can receive your delivery if you won’t be there.
3. The venue can grant our team access to the room if you're planning a surprise setup.
If the answer is yes to all three — we’re ready to make the magic happen!
Do you offer balloon decorations like arches or backdrops?
Absolutely! Our experienced balloon artists can create anything from classic arches and columns to custom garlands and backdrops. We also offer shimmer walls, marquee numbers, toy rentals, and more. Visit our Balloon Decoration page to explore the possibilities.
Do you provide same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery and pickup within our standard hours of 8 AM – 8 PM. Just reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes:
– NYC: $30 flat fee
– Jersey City & Hoboken: $40
– Pickup from our warehouse is free
Can I pick up balloons in person?
Yes! Pickup is available from our Downtown Manhattan warehouse at 11 Broadway. As it’s not a retail storefront, please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup time.
Do you have flowers?
Yes! While our main focus is balloons, we now offer flowers as add-ons to balloon deliveries or room setups. If you're looking for something specific that’s not listed on our site, just reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How can I recycle balloons?
While balloons make celebrations extra special, we encourage disposing of them responsibly.
– Latex balloons are made from natural rubber and are biodegradable.
– Mylar (foil) balloons are not biodegradable, but they can often be recycled. To do this, remove any valves, strings, or ribbons, fully deflate the balloon, and take it to your local recycling center.
You can also reuse Mylar balloons for future events — they’re often easy to reinflate!
